![]() Should I update if I am using VHBL or PSP homebrew bubbles?.Rejuvenate will not be supported anymore. Rejuvenate was a limited hack mainly designed for developers who wish to dip their toes in the water. Should I update if I already have Rejuvenate?.We know that updating to 3.60 breaks many current Vita tweaks and hacks so here’s a short guide on what HENkaku replaces. HENkaku will only work on 3.60 so we recommend that you update to it. We ask developers to build their code with the l atest toolchain now for HENkaku compatibility. If your homebrew ran on Rejuvenate, it will run with HENkaku with minimal work. Well, the reason was this: developers (mostly ) do not have to make any changes to their code. At the time, there were some pushback on why I was adamant on binary compatibility when the loader was also written by us. I published the specifications document and some gracious developers took up the task and wrote vita-toolchain. When I first announced Rejuvenate and the call for an open toolchain, I emphasized that the SDK must be binary compatible with the Vita’s native loader. As a result, we recommended Rejuvenate only to developers who wish for an unofficial way to write apps for the Vita. Unfortunately, Rejuvenate is hard to set up, has many annoying limitations, and supports only an older firmware version. Since the release of Rejuvenate a year ago, developers have created tons of wonderful emulators, games, and apps for the Vita. The result is HENkaku the first HEN for the Vita. HENkaku: Vita homebrew for everyone (3.60)įor the last couple of months, molecule (composed of I along with Davee, Proxima, and xyz) have been working hard to bring you an easy-to-use homebrew solution. Note: PlayStationTV may or may not make the launch release: link Now enough me talking checkout the lasted exploit to hit the Vita / PlayStation TV Community. Do not update UNTIL you have the released files ready, heck might even be good advice to see some comments from Scene veterans incase there is a bug as these things can happen. Now as some general advice for user's Nothing if sure and as writing this we have 10 hours. ![]() According the FAQ below and the developer who brought us Rejuvenate, this is a superior way and Rejuvenate will no longer be supported. ![]() So what does this mean for Rejuvenate User's, As you are required to update to v3.60 for this HEN to work. That is right this group of developer's have been working on a HEN for the Vita and the end result seems like the needed jolt for the Vita homebrew community As this instantly brings more people to the Vita Homebrew Community and more development should be the on the horizon. The count is on for the VITA / PSTV Community as developer's molecule ("comprised of Yifan Lu, Davee, Proxima & xyz"), have breaking news as in about 10 hours from writing this news (NOW RELEASED, (2nd source link) ) there will be HOMEBREW CAPABILITIES for everyone!!!
